Introducing the GPM Ticket Manager App

GPM Ticket Manager is a cloud-based ticketing app for the maintenance of renewable energy assets. It allows users to access and manage their tickets from any location, to address issues and attach documents on the go.

The app does not require an internet connection: You can work on your tickets offline and the app synchronizes the information with GPM servers the next time a connection becomes available.

Note: The GPM Ticket Manager App is only available on Android devices.

Fixed Precalculation Errors Caused by Daylight Saving Time

Daylight saving time no longer causes errors in precalculations related to daylight saving time. Previously, an error could cause the system to accumulate the energy outputs for two consecutive days when daylight saving took effect.
