Licence setup
For detailed information about licence types, setup and activation see the Licence support page.
New licensing system
To activate your licence:
- Download and install the latest version of the Application Version Manager (AVM) from the Applications table
- Launch Application Version Manager and click Activate Licences
- Enter the applicable licence access credentials, either an access key or a licence server name (note: do not use the legacy licence server name), as provided by your licence administrator.
- Download and install the program version labeled as New in the Licence system from below Applications
Once activated, program versions with the new licence system are ready to run.
Legacy licensing system
- If purchased through a sales manager, the licence will be sent by email to your company’s designated licence contact.
- For licences purchased on the Veracity Marketplace, for yourself or others, download the License Activation Tool and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you require any assistance, please contact DNV Technical Support via email: software.support@dnv.com
Program versions labeled as New in the Licence System column of the Applications table use the latest Application Version Manager (AVM) for licence activation.
Note: Program versions using the new licensing system are incompatible with the legacy licensing system. However, program versions using the different licensing systems can run concurrently on the same machine.
