Tickets

The Tickets module allows you to manage and keep track of tickets throughout their lifecycle. Tickets represent individual units of work; They contain information related to a task or issue, such as the title, description, priority, and date of creation. You can assign tickets to another user, engage in discussions using comments, and associate tickets with portfolio assets or GPM Horizon modules.
